Vaporizer Recommendations

I also use the warm vicks vaporizors. My son's room is really cold in the winter and it helps keep his room warmer. Plus when he has a cold we can put the liquid vicks in there. I wouldn't get it if you don't have somewhere to put it where the kids can't get at it.

Are you looking for a cool vapor one? For the steam vaporizor, we always just used vicks, I think that they are 15 bucks at the stores. They are hot steam, so you have to be careful not to put it close to a bed, or if your child would stick her hand in the steam, it's probably not a good idea. But I think they work the best.

We ran it continuously last winter and cleaned it once a week. Cleaning couldn't be easier! You just pour vinigar into the well and let it sit for half hour then rinse. We also rinse the basins with vingar water.

We were all quite healthy last winter and I truly believe it was because of this thing. Infact I am heading downstairs this morning to pull it out again BEFORE the soar throats start!

I too love the warm/steam vaporizers. We have the one where you can pour a little liquad methol or essential oils in it.
We use it all winter long, in fact I need to get it out now because my son has woke up with a sore thoat and stuffy nose the past few days.
