Has anyone purchased/used a sit and stand type attachment for their stroller? I saw one posted on Craig's List but I haven't been able to find them anywhere else on the Internet. And, I was curious if anyone else has ever used one and how you liked it?

What can I do next?

I was looking to purchase one last year, but really didn't want to spend the money on one. My neighbor had one she was planning to sell & said we could have it. So glad I was able to test it out because I found I did NOT like it at all. Too big and bulky and hard to push around. Thought it would be perfect for my 1 1/2 and 4 year old at the time, but it was not. Tried it at a mall and at a festical. I took it back to her and said SELL IT!! Great concept that's for sure, but I personally was not pleased with the operation.

We had a sit/stand unit that screwed onto the back of our regular Graco stroller and it was great! It could be easily detached when we folded the stroller up. My son was two years older than our daughter and it worked great. It was a "Seat 2 Go" stroller attachment by LITAF. I think we might have gotten it at Babies R Us, but can't be sure of that because it was several years ago. In any case I would definitely recommend it to you! At the time we also considered a buggy board, but chose this one because of the molded seat and cheaper price.

My SIL had one, I think she got it at Babies R Us, or Toys R Us. My nephew did not like it as when he sat, he had to sit backwards and couldn't see where they were going. I have spoken with others whose kids really like it. We opted for the Graco Quattro Duo when we needed to get a double b/c I knew my daughter would not enjoy sitting backwards or standing. I think it all depends on your kids.

My step-daughter just had a baby a month ago and has a 3 yr old, so I was going to buy a sit-n-stand stroller for her. I thought it would be perfect for the 2 little ones. However, on the box it says that the weight limit for each seat is 40 lbs. Since my one grandson already 38 lbs, it wouldn't work for them. So depending on how much your older child weighs, it may not be a good idea.

good luck!
