If you can afford it, go for it! Having kids can really take a toll on your body and there is nothing wrong with wanting to feel attractive again. I understand how you feel. I have 2 young daughters and have lost a good bit of weight and my breasts are not as attractive as they once were. I too have been considering surgery and I have decided to do it as soon as I save the money. The way I look at it my breasts are the only thing on my body that I cannot change with diet and exercise so augmentation is a great option. My friends recommended the doctor they used in Duluth, GA. His name is Dr. Davoudi. I have seen and felt several sets of "twins" that he has done and haven't heard a complaint yet. As far as the pain goes 2 of my closest friends just had augmentations and one said the pain was not nearly as bad as she expected and was up and around in 2 days. My other friend was sick from the pain pills and said the worst part was being wrapped up so tight for 24 hrs after surgery. Both are extremely happy with the results though. If it's something you are serious about make a consultation appointment, there's no harm in asking questions. Good Luck!

Ask for recommendations of Doctors .. do A LOT of homework! Make sure the Docs have all the credentials, get references, and ask to see photos of their work.
My sister had hers done a year ago and now I'm seriously considering it as well. I never did before I saw hers ... she looks amazing!
She said the pain after the procedure was really awful ... but WELL worth it! If you do get the surgery, make sure you have a lot of help with the kids and house ... take it easy, rest and heal!

I agree that it is a very personal choice. I just know that my mother had hers done after she had breast cancer and it was terribly painful and even the scars hurt for the two years before she passed away. I also know that victorias secret sells gel inserts that you can wear to feel more attractive. Good luck on your decision. I don't think its a bad thing, just weigh the risks and benefits, know what you are getting into.

I was in your shoes not so long ago. Believe me, if you want something to increase your self confidence, have the surgery. My children are 19 and 10. I finally had my surgery about a year and a half ago and it was the best thing I ever spent my money on. I battled this back and forth in my mind for years and finally just made it happen. It made me feel like a woman, something to be proud of. However, one thing I noticed that many women do is go to large however some are scared and don't go large enough. Take the advice of a good surgeon and their nurses, they see and know best. Also, research the information on the implants, silicone vs. saline. I will be happy to provide you with more information if you are interested.
