I have a 4 month old with hair that is growing out of control and he needs his first haircut. Does anyone have a suggestion on a place to get his haircut in the North Fort Worth/Keller/Southlake area? Definitely don't want to cut it myself.

Hi - Go see Marla at the Rave Hair Salon in the Albertson's strip center at the intersection of Beach Street and Western Center Boulevard. She is an AMAZINGLY TALENTED hair stylist and her salon charges only $12.00 for a kids cut.
She has cut our daughter's completely unstylable hair for 8 months and it looks absolutely FABULOUS and falls into a naturally perfect shape with just the flip of a comb. Marla is a miracle worker!

For my babies first hair cut I took him to sweet and sassy in Southlake. After that I started taking him to Sports Clips and they do just as good of a job as the other place.
I have been taking my son to Cool Cuts 4 Kids since he was 5 months old. They're great.

Cool cuts for kids has always been our choice as that is all they do. J.
We took our son to Kool Cuts for Kids in Watuaga~ it is in the shopping center past the one that target is in. He was 6 months old when we went the first time and have been going every 5-6 weeks for two years. :) For your first time they will take a picture and give a card with a little bit of his hair. Also while he gets his hair cut he can sit in a car and watch a movie. Kind of fun. :) I hope this helps.
I live in the North FW/Keller area. I am VERY picky about who cuts our hair. We are on a budget and I do not like to spend a lot. I found a lady, Phong Starr. She owns the Starr Salon in a strip mall across from the Wal-Mart on Beach and North Tarrant. She is VERY good. I even let her cut my hair. ONLY ASK FOR HER. Do not let the men cut it. She is great. She is a little hard to understand at times, but she has been doing this for a long time. She has cut my son's hair since he was a little thing. She also cuts my daughter's hair and she gets compliments all the time. DOn't be scared of the "stripmall hair cutting" stigma. I DO NOT like the other stripmall hair cut places, but this one is different. She is really good.
