Seeking a "REAL" Dentist in the Santa Clarita Valley

When you find a "real" dentist, please let me know. I have been trying to find one out here also. I have seen the same dentist since I was 14 and have to drive to Encino. He only works 2 days a week now so you can imagine he is pretty much semi-retired. Anyway a doctor that we love is Advanced Medical, Dr. Pin and his staff of doctors and physician's assistants are really good. They are in Valencia on Smyth Dr. by Valencia Pediatrics and Santa Clarita ENT. They are open 7 days a week, they take appointments or walk-in, they are really amazing! Great service.

I look forward to hearing the recommendations for the dentists. My husband goes to Dr. Lewis associated with the Facey medical group in Canyon Country. He really likes his honesty and doesn't feel like he is being rushed.

I work in the dental field and I recommend several to the patients that come to my specialty office. I personally go to Dr. James Hartzel, on Tournament Rd in Valencia ###-###-####. I also recommend Dr. Mark Poitras, on Friendly Valley Parkway in Newhall (he also has a 2nd new office off of Kelly Johnson Parkway in Valencia ###-###-#### or ###-###-####). As for a general physician, my husband and I really like The Doctor's Office on Lyons in Newhall ###-###-####). They have several doctors and physician's assistants on staff, all are excellent. They do walk-ins only, no appointments. They are open 7 days a week and I think most days it is 8-7 or 8. Good luck.

I just started going to Dr. Miller ###-###-####. Great dentist and nice staff. Didn't try to upsell me to anything.

General Practice Doctor...Dr. Pin ###-###-####. They have an on-site Urgent Care and are fantastic.
