Seeking a Good OB GYN, General Practioner and Dentist

I am also fairly new to Abq but I live west of you... I found two great docs though so I wanted to share in case it was feasible for you to travel across town.

Dr. Paul Shelburne OBGYN - off Montgomery at Women's Hospital
Dr. Ana Lisa Rodrigues GP - Rio Rancho Lovelace office

both of these doctors have gone out of their way to co-manage me since I have lots of med history... and they are both very patient and thorough. I couldn't be happier.

I LOVE my OB/GYN. His name is Ronald Deyhle at Southwest Medical Assoc right near San Mateo and I-25. I love that office too because I can get my annual check with mammogram done right there at the same time. I have friends who have had hysterectomies and loved Dr. Harrison for those surgeries, but when I tried to get into him when I first moved here, he wasn't taking new patients. That's when I found Dr. Deyhle and now I don't want to switch.

I also see Dr. John Baca at that same office. He is great. I haven't seen him in a very long time - I am just not sick very often but he is who I go to when I am. He is an internal medicine doctor. I found out how good internal medicine doctors were when I started asking other doctors who they see. Several of them told me they only see internal medicine doctors.

I am looking for a good dentist also. I need one that takes both Blue Cross and Medicaid Waiver (my son has). It's been hard to find one that takes both and is good.

Hi! I agree with Cynthia on this one... Dr. Paul Shelbourne is an absolutely incredible OB. I changed insurance and was unable to see for my last pregnancy and it was upsetting to me. Going to other doctors out there made me realize even more just how fabulous and personable he is. I highly recommend him. General practioner- I see Dr. Tuchler. He's great, but always really busy. Sometimes it's hard to get into him if you need an appt ASAP. Good luck!!

I have a great gyn he no longer does ob anyway his name is Dr. Deyhle at southwest medical associates, I also see dr tuchler he is great he is located at the Pres next to medical associates. Hope this helps

The best OB is Dr. William Harrison ###-###-#### both in NE
