I am currently seeking a recomended Pediatrician in the San Jose area. I'm expecting a baby in May and I dont know where to begin. I am currently insurred with Blue Shield HMO. If you have any suggestions,it would be greatly appreciated!
I really like the doctors at Stemmle, Rose and Ahmed. I've taken my kids there for 6 years. They are very responsive and their nurses are great. If you can get in with Laura Stemle, I think she's the best although they are all really nice and helpful. Their number is ###-###-#### and they are located at 2577 Samaritan Dr.

Congratulations V.. I have a 2 year old and I take him to Dr. Trager at RAMBLC on Samaritan Dr. He is wonderful with my son and I have been very happy with him. He calls back or answers e-mails the same day. His staff is very friendly and waiting room is big and kid friendly (although we have never had to wait). They get you right in. You would need to call to see if they take Blue Shield because I am not sure. The number is ###-###-####.
He doesn't do interviews though but I had several friends who took their kids to him and felt comfortable with their glowing recommendations. Good Luck!
I can recommend many doctors that work in the Camino Medical Group. Their main office is on El Camino in Mountain View, but they do also have an office off 85 and Sunnyvale-Saratoga Road as well as a few others. I'd recommend Dr. Lee, Dr. Gallagher, Dr. Fazilat, Dr. Brummer and Dr. Barnett. There are a few others I could recommend, but they are not currently accepting new patients. Hope this helps.

I also use Ramblc Pediatrics, which is accross the street from Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, They do take blue cross (that my insurance) I don't know Dr, Tagert, but my daughter use Dr. Andrew Lan, He is great, we are moving to the Livermore area but I am keeping my girls with Dr. Lan.
