You have probably recieved enough responses but....I love love love my hairdresser Mary. I have been going to her since my move from Colorado 3 years ago. She is in a very stylish salon on Baseline and Val Vista,(behind Big O Tires), and does Color, Cut and Waxing on myself and my daughter. Give her a try ###-###-####. Try Sasseaze Hair Color Spa, ###-###-####. They are a full service salon that offers all types of services (including massages I think, and chemical peels. They are very reasonably priced, and are on the corner of University and Lindsay. I just started going there myself and see Michelle.

I found my "diamond in the ruff" and her name is Christina. I am VERY picky about my hair and she has done a terrific job. I pay about $35 for a haircut. When I get a haircut plus my highlights I pay around $70. I don't know how much she charges to color but she is reasonable in her prices. My babysitter got her hair colored by Christina and was very happy with it. She now goes to Christina to get her hair done all the time.

I searched for a while too Hallie, and I found a great gal named Sabrea Swan. She is at a salon called Le Studio in Mesa on Main Street and the phone # is ###-###-#### She is super sweet and gives a great haircut and color. I think for both the total is around $130. My Aunt has her own salon out of her home in Queen Creek and she is FABULOUS at color and cuts. She is known for how well she does color, and she really takes her time and gives you a very nice, finished haircut. Hi Hallie, I go to a woman that has a shop built into her home. She is off Crismon and the 60, worth the drive. She charges $25 for a cut, $15 for a style and $60 to color my hair. I had naturally curly hair down to my waist and she trimed it to mid-back. Now, any other time I went to a "professional", it ended up shoulder length or shorter every freaking single time! I have yet to have her color my hair, that is next, but she truly listens to what YOU want and does it! Here is her contact info: Krista ###-###-####. The salon I go to is Hair Craze on Main and Lindsey in Mesa. Their prices seem pretty reasonable to me. I see Candy and Liddy doing quite a bit of coloring. I go to Sandy. I don't color my hair, but it is very difficult to handle because it's so curly. I've been very pleased with the way Sandy cuts and styles my hair. A cut and style is $35. I don't know the price for color as I don't color mine.

I went to Robert Paul Salon. there is one in ahwahtukee, and one in chandler. The one in chandler is on alma school between chandler blvd and ray rd. I went and the staff was AWESOME. they were so friendly and did a wonderful job on my hair. And I am REALLY picky about my hair since getting it messed up quite a few times. They charge like 45 or so for a cut and im not sure how much for the color.

Mirabella Salon in Tempe is fabulous!! I have been going to a girl there named Sharee since we moved here 3 1/2 years ago, she is amazing...I wouldn't trust anyone else to do my hair. I believe if you get cut and color it's $110, but totally worth it! Her color lasts forever too!

I am the Aesthetician at Mane Obsession Hair and Nail Salon in Mesa. Our salon charges $35 dollars for a cut and depending on the length of your hair is what they charge for coloring.

But if you get your hair colored,our salon has a standard policy of FREE haircut with the coloring services. Ask to be seen by Kenton. He is our coloring specialist and has done hair for over 20 years. You will probably be invited in for a consultation as I know that there are price hunters who call for pricing when one should go into a salon so a stylist is educated about your hair, as well as your expectations and lifestyle.

There is a salon opening on Ray Rd and the I10 (far, I know) called Floyd's Barbershop and my friend Stacy is working there. She just got the job yesterday, so I'd love to give her some new clients! She's been doing my hair for a couple of years now, and she does a great job! And she does GREAT color! She's done my hair when it was really LONG, and then I let her cut it all off in an angled bob (a la Posh Spice). So, needless to say, I trust her.

Again, the salon is Floyd's Barbershop - and don't let the name fool you, they cater to both sexes!

I go to Rolf's at Dana Park in Gilbert..right next to Aj's. Now they are expensive....similar to what you were just paying..but OMG I am so picky and I love LOVE LOVE the guy doing my hair. His name is Justin. I just had a cut and all over color ...total..145. He also told me to take my kids to a girl named Randi.. I guess she is a little cheaper..but not the level he is....BUT..she cuts his hair..!
