I need to order my supplies for my home birth, and last time I skipped all the homeopathic stuff on my midwives list. I was up and out in 3 days without it, so I"m not sure if I see the point. With that said, I'd like feed back on Rescue Remedy and Arnica Homeopathic remedy.

Thanks!

What can I do next?

Is the Rescue Remedy for you? We use it for our kids when they have had an overstimulated day and need help relaxing to fall asleep....it works really well for travel too. I love that stuff!

I suspect that homeopathic remedies work for individuals who benefit from a placebo effect. I have never experienced a positive result from their use, so I don't waste my money on them. I do, however, recommend buying an Arnica gel to use topically.

Rescue Remedy worked great for my cat, who was peeing in the house and was nervous over the move. It also worked for my other cat that was depressed when one of our cats died. So I know it works on animals! And it could not be a "placebo" effect on an animal because the animal didn't know we were giving it anything!

Often we think that homeopathic medicine doesn't work because it works more slowly or subtly than chemical drugs (that work instantly). But they do work!

I highly suggest Arnica as well. You can take it topically or internally.
