Hello I am looking for recommendations for a great female primary care doctor. I need someone that is associated with St. Joseph's in Burbank or Huntington in Pasadena. Thanks.
I don't know if he is associated with St. Joe's, but check out Dr. Steven Nishibayashi, in Glendale. He is awesome.
Oh my goodness - I have the most fantastic doctor who is across from St. Joseph's in Burbank. Her name is Dr. Catherine Chern, and her office is across the street from the hopital. She is so thorough and attentive. She really takes time with patients and follows up on things. If you ever need a referral to a specialist, she is part of a great network of caring, competent doctors. I could go on and on about her. She takes time to explain things, and is willing to hear what you have to say. Really a great doctor.

My husband and I both go to her. She recently moved from Glendale at Verdugo Hills Hospital. It's a little farther for us to go to Pasadena, but we really like her a lot. My OB recommended her to us 5 years ago when my husband was unhappy with his primary care doctor. Dr. Sheldon really takes the time with us - my husband has a LOT of health issues - and never balks at referring us to a specialist.
