I am looking for a play group in the area ( Royal Oak) for my 3 yr old daughter and 2 yr old son. I take my kids up to the park etc. sometimes there are no kids and other times the kids are to big and I fear they will get hurt. The area I live in seems to have no kids.

What can I do next?

Hi I know there are a few at http://www.playgroupsusa.com/
It's free to join and easy to navigate.

If you're looking to just find other moms to have playdates with I'm in Troy. I have a almost 4yo boy, a 2yo girl and a 6 month old baby girl and we are always up for making new friends and getting out of the house.

Please feel free to PM me if you'd like to know more.

Hi, I've been a member of the MOMS Club of Royal Oak for over 3 years. It's a great way to meet other moms and the activities are mostly during the day with our little ones. We are having an informational picnic next Wednesday the 10th at 11 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (come whenever you can). Lunch will be provided along with games/crafts for the kids. It's at Starr Jaycee Park on 13 Mile, just east of Crooks.

Here's our website. It's not very sophisticated, but it gets the point across!

I have a 4-1/2 year old girl and an almost 2 year old boy.

I do not know of any in the area, but I have a 2 year old son. I work Tues-Friday, so during the week Monday's are wide open. We usually go to the zoo or a park.

Feel free to shoot me an email if you want to join.

Perhaps we need to start a play group!

Also check with local MOPS groups.
