Hello,

Does anyone have a pediatrician who is willing to work with a delayed vaccine schedule in the DC/Metro area? We used to go to Dr Lang at Washington Pediatric Associates but were told they will no longer allow it.

Thanks!

What can I do next?

We also go to Capitol Medical Group and I have never had a problem delaying any vaccine. They will tell you the importance of which ever one you want to delay in hopes of you getting it, but they have never forced us to stick with their schedule.

Pediatric Associates of Alexandria http://www.pedsalex.com/officeinfo.html will work with a delayed vaccination schedule.

I am not saying they will be thrilled (Doctors tend to believe in vaccines), but I was talking to the nurses and they said delayed and limited vaccination requests are becoming quite common at the practice.
