Hi. I have a pain in my lower left abdomes. It was first in my lower right and it felt like someone making a fist and pushing at my organs, then it went away. Days later i felt it to a lesser extent in my lower left abdomen. It feels like gas and sometimes I fell it moving to the middle of my stomach and then I pass a bit of waste. SOmetimes it feels as if I've neem running. WHen I squeeze that area of my body it doesn't hurt. Can anyone help me?

What can I do next?

Don't know if it's the same problem as mine but I had the same type of issue. I went to the doctor and kept pushing for more of a diagnosis. Ended up having an ultrasound and found it was a cyst on my ovary. So call the doctor and push for what you need to get an answer .

It could possibly be kidney stones as the pain from those can move around the abdomen , if it continues I would get it checked out.

This could be from some sort of minor indigestion or similar problem, but if it persists you really should have it checked by a doctor to be sure it isn't something more serious.

Hi M.,

It may simply be gas. If you've had a C-section you would know that gas can even be in a shoulder blade! Kidney stone pain can move but it is usually in the back area and most pain comes from a stone lodging so you normally don't feel it moving. If you do, it's almost a relief....I've had numerous ones over my lifetime so memories are vivid.

The pain you are describing sounds like ovulation. These feelings come and go with the blood flow and go from side to side because you can feel it in both the ovaries. Is that the area you mean when you say lower left abdomen? Check your calendar and see if it coincides. If it doesn't you may need to consult a diagnostician.

God bless and I hope you feel better!

Sometimes when I get constipated I will have pain in my lower left side, and even toward the middle.
I would guess you are constipated. Magnesium citrate can work wonders for that.

It's probably nothing, but definately go to the doctor's...my mom had the same thing 15 years ago and it was ovarian cancer...hard to detect and lethal if you don't catch it early. Ask for a pelvic ultrasound to start.

The pain is there for a reason. Have you been checked out? I would start cleaning out your body with good clean water and get some enzymes to clean up toxic build up. If you would like more information email me and I can show you how to get your body healthier. I am a wellness consultant and help individuals get their bodies balanced.

Have a great weekend

It could be diverticulitis, kidney stones, appendicitis, gastrointestinal flu, gas pain, constipation, bowel obstruction - it could be any number of things that can only be diagnosed by a doctor. If it continues I would see your doctor and possibly a gastroenterologist.

I hope you feel better soon.
