No Period - Fort Wayne,IN

I had a beautiful little girl two months ago. I was put on a progesteron birth control pill about two weeks after I had her. My problem is that I still haven't had a period. According to my pills I should have had two periods by now. I'm a little concerned. I had a very difficult pregnancy and had to have an emergency c-section. I really want another baby, just not right now!!! I'm wondering if it's normal to skip a few periods after having a baby.

What can I do next?

I didn't get my period for about three months after I gave birth, I was pumping and trying to breast feed so....but I have heard it takes a while for everything to regulate itself....Congrats on the baby...

I was irregular after I had my little girl for about 3 months. If you are concerned I would talk to your Doc. I work in Fort Wayne if you ever want to talk. I live in Garrett and I am a newlywed as of last August. We have been together about the last 10 years. Love my little girl, her name is Allie...

Hello Shaun, first of all congrats on the new baby :) Well, I had my last baby this past December and had my tubes tied after, and my period was off for a little bit, but I think it's getting back on track now. But my advice would be to ask your doctor. Maybe they have had other people with the same problem on that birth control or maybe they'll have you come in to check you out. Good luck with everything. I'm in Fort Wayne also. I'm going to be 26 in July, married with 3 kids 4, 2, and 4 months. If you ever wanna chat, e-mail me at: ____@____.com

completely normal! especially if you are breasfeeding. I breastfed my child and didn't have a period for almost 9 months. It is nothing to worry about, enjoy it!
