Hi Moms, I am in need of a new Pediatrician. Our current doctor is very against waiting on some vaccines (I do Dr. Bob Sear's Alternative Vaccine Schedule). I need to find a *CLEAN* Pediatrician's office with seperate Well/Sick waiting rooms that is preferably in The Woodlands (or Spring) and who is concerned about vaccine safety and willing to work with me on the vaccine schedule. If you have a good suggestion, please tell me about the office and doctors there and any good/bad experience you've had. Thank you all soooooo much!! ALSO--it would be *Fantastic* if the doctor were Female and a Lactation consultant, or just VERY in to breastfeeding and enthusiastic about the benefits of breastfeeding and natural health. Does such a doctor exist near by?? I hope so! Thanks!!
I go to Forest Pediatrics; and use Dr Trecia Elahee. It's off 242; coming from I-45N you would make a left on 242 and then a left on achievement rd. The number is ###-###-####. I just had a baby last month and she has been great. I know she will work with you on vaccinations.
I am not do the alternate vaccine schedule, but I know that my doctor does do it, because they ask me when I am in there... There are two doctors, one male and one female... They have two seperate rooms well/sick. They have great hours and can even do x-rays and small procedures in the office, without having to go to the hospital. I have been very pleased with them.

My daughter sees Dr Flanagan at the same office as Desiree. He is wonderful and is willing to work with you on a vaccine schedule that makes you comfortable, I did that for my 4 yr old and he was fine with it. I highly recommend him.
Try the Woodlands Pediatric Associates on Research Forest. Dr. Rose Lapis is very willing to work with you on the alternative vaccine schedule -- she has done so with me and my little girl. The other doctors in the office will do it also -- Dr. Bhakta and Dr. Flanagan, but Dr. Bhakta is much more vocal about his opposition to the Dr. Sears schedule. I do not have experience with the remaining two doctors at the office, but I highly recommend Dr. Rose Lapis.
