M.,

There is a place called Clara's Closet that does dress up tea parties. I think it is located in Elkhorn. There is also the Libby Lu boutique at Younkers at Oakview mall. Girls can go there and get there hair done and makeup put on. I do not know prices for either but I have heard alot about both of them.

Good Luck!

There is also Libby Lu's at Oakview...I believe it's in Younkers or JC Penneys....I've heard good things about that place from my niece, though haven't had any personal experience, since I only have a little boy...

There's a place in Papillion that does dress up parties. I think it's called the Doll House or something like that. It's right on 84th St between the library and Cornhusker.

There is a company that comes to your house and does dress up parties- they can supply everything including the cake- or, just the dress up clothes. Ooglesngoogles.com is their web address.

If you are looking for a "girlie" party, I know that Ponytails and Buzzcuts does parties that they can get there hair and nails done. I don't have any personal experience with the parties, but I know that they offer them. You could also go to Beads Etc and buy a big bucket of beads for them to string their own necklaces or bracelets. Paint your own pottery places are always fun too. (Oh yeah, I think that the party place in Papillion is called Abigail's that someone else suggested between the library and Cornhusker Rd.)
