Mom & Baby Swimming Lessons

Check out the Pasadena Aquatic at the Rosebowl.
If you don't like that I have a private teacher that will come to your house.

I did swim lesson at that age and my son never remembered anything, it was back to scratch at the beganing of the season.
I would start at the age of 3 and I would do private lessons at 5 days a week for 2 months.When you do it that much they really get it but starting the next season they forget all over again.

Check out the Rose Bowl Aquatics Center. It's an amazing place and has a lot of programs and pools. I'm an aquatics trainer/instructor for adults in the SF Valley. Check out your local Y and/or Jewish Community Center also. They usually have great programs. Be careful going in the pool with a 1 year old. Check out the chlorine level first. The pools outdoors like the the Rose Bowl will be better since the chlorine evaporates in the air and isn't as strong. Indoors is much more concentrated. Check out also colleges in the area. Sometimes there are great programs and nice facilities too.

Have fun and make sure both of you drink lots of water before and after exercise. You don't feel dehydrated but you do lose a lot in the water. Good luck!

I think the rose bowl aquatic center has mommy and me swimming lessons in the heated pool.
I also know that sierra madre pool has a good mommy and me program, but its only in the summer.

Rose Bowl has a good program, I think that LACC also has classes.
