Does anyone have any input or preferences on laptop learning toys? Leapfrog, V-Tech, etc? There are so many things out there, I don't know how to chose...

What can I do next?

My son has the Leapfog and he loves it. My husband downloaded some things on it in addition of what it has when it came. I am not sure about the V-tech kind but I was looking also in getting that for Christmas.

We had the Leapfrog Click Start when our son turned 3. There are a variety of games to choose from. He still plays with it from time to time at 5. We haven't had any problems with it working correctly if the keyboard and game holder are in line. Buy the power adapter for the click start too - it saves on the batteries as you also need batteries for the key board. Check out the Leapfrog website they are having sales on some items. Sorry don't know about Vtech etc. for a comparison.

Both of my kids have the Vtech Tote and Go Laptop- it's not a "system" but it is a great introduction for kids. It has 30 games, letters, numbers, shapes, mouse control. My 3 yr plays with it every single day.
