If there is anyone in the Champaign/Urbana, IL area that knows of a great home daycare, could you please pass on the information. We are moving there in a couple of weeks and need to find a great place for my 1 yr old.
my toddler is in a "big" type day care now. I did not find any home day cares I liked. There is a girl who used to be our babysitter who is available full time to take care of your baby at your place if you are interested.

I've heard Annabel Huling in Rantoul is pretty good, but never actually took my child there, and it may be too far from you if you are moving to Urbana itself. Good luck and sorry for not being more helpful. I know a friend who may be willing to quit her current job and reopen day care; she's extremely good with kids and my baby girl loves her; if you wish to hear more if and when that happens, let me know -- it still would be in Rantoul though, about 20 min drive, depending on where she reopens daycare.

You mentioned that your husband will be working in Champain. I am using one home darcare for almost 1 year now. Kandy, the owner is very nice. She takes good care of my 13 months old since since she was 2 months. One day Myra got constipation.,Kanday called me, but I was tired up at work. Kandy drove to buy Myra a specific medicine she needed.
I like it a lot, it's clean and kids there are ver nice.
