Overlake OB/GYN is a great team of providers. They are located very close to the hospital. I am working with Dr. Mike Lawler for a second time now anticipating baby #2 in December. A friend of mine worked with one of his colleagues and had a good experience as well.

All the best,

C.

Dr. Gary Rogers. He's great! He has a bit of a dry sense of humor, but is a really great doctor and I LOVE his nurse! I also have Premera so your insurance shouldn't be a problem. He does deliver at Overlake. The office staff are really nice and I've never had a problem getting an appointment at a reasonable time. They also have a nice fish tank in the lobby that makes taking a small child easier! :)

I see Dr. Gary Rogers in Bellevue. He is very good. He is a jolly kind of man--like the Santa Clause of OB/GYN's. I dont want to make him sound juvenile or anything like that--he is very professional and very skilled, but also very happy and LOVES what he does. He has been practicing for over twenty years and I would definitely recommend him.

Dr. Lawler. I asked around for months cause moved here recently and I got over 5 different recommendations for him from over 5 different people. Not the friendliest Dr. (who is really????) but he knows his stuff!

I love my OB, she is with Overlake OB/GYN and her name is Dr. Katherine Van Kessel. I do believe that Dr. Lawlor is with Overlake OBGYN too because it sounds familiar and I think I saw him once. All the docs there are great - I've met a couple, so based on that I'm saying they are great.

My doc is awesome, I only see her while I'm pregnant and see the nurse practioner for any other appointments. Dr. Van Kessel is fast and honest with her answers to your questions, so make sure you know what you what to ask. She is effecient this way, and so if rarely running behind making you wait, but doesn't make you feel rushed in your examination either.

There are bios on the web page for Overlake OBGYN:

Good Luck and welcome to the neighborhood...are you enjoying this heat wave we're having?

I delivered my 1st child at Overlake. My OB was Dr Jonathan Paley. He was AWESOME! He was very thorough with answering any questions I had & he never seemed to rush through an appointment. He would NEVER attempt to get up & leave unless he got confirmation that we were ok with everything. I don't remember the clinic he works at but here's their #: ###-###-####. Even though he is a man, he was super gentle. I instantly knew when I met him, that he WOULD be the dr to deliver my child. He made me feel very comfortable through the whole process of having baby. I would have him again as my OB this pregnancy BUT, circumstances don't allow. Give him a call... I am sure you will LOVE him as much as we did! Good Luck & congrats on your new baby bump! :)

I highly recommend Dr. Hal Zimmer at Bellegrove ObGyn. He was my Ob throughout my first two pregnancies. (I've decided to go for natural childbirth this time with a midwife or I'd be going back to him again.) He's very laid back and professional at the same time. He's always smiling and easy to talk to. Here's his info:

Welcome to the area! :o)

Welcome to Bellevue! All of the doctors at Bellegrove OB/GYN are fantastic. Dr. Nudelman is my doc, and he does a great job, delivered both my boys (even though he was not on call either time). I hope this helps.
