I want to regain my flexibility. I have wanted to join a yoga class. I don't want to join a gym to have to take the classes. Can anyone help me?

What can I do next?

I know a great one in Flower Mound, ProactiveWorx and their site is www.proactiveworx.com

I think 10 sessions is $120 and the classes are fantastic! The studio is very nice and the overall experience of just going there is wonderful!

If you would like to try something a little different, I attend a great water aerobics (which I call boot camp) at the Carroll High School in Southlake. The classes are at 8:30 every weekday morning, but the Tuesday and Thursday classes are great strectching classes, and the water helps increase your flexibility even more. The instructor's name is Colleen, and she is fabulous. I only get to go once a week, but I have still seen a great increase in my flexibility and the tone of my body, plus I have lost weight :-).

It is amazing! They combine yoga, martial arts and meditation. I love it!! There are places that have the classes and you can also buy the videos and do them at home [they are cheaper on Amazon than from the website : )]. My hubby and I both do it at home. I have nothing but good things to say about Budokon!!
