I work part time at Connie's Lodge and Pub as a server - they have a loft that holds up to 100 for a party but they take parties of 25 up there. You can decorate however you want and can do make your own pizzas. They also have great salads!

Luigi's Pizza and Fun Center in Aurora is fun and cheap. We've done a few parties there. They also have a great laser tag room for a reasonable price.

Biaggi's in Naperville does a "make your own pizza" party. They can also do sundaes. They have a private room and big screen. We brought in a trivia game. It was fun!

I think it depends more on your location... Aurelio's is good, Sanfratello's, Pizza Hut even, etc.
