hi. i was just wondering if anyone had any good pediatricians they could recommend. i take my daughter who is almost 1 now to a family medicine doctor. shes a really good doctor, but i want someone that specializes in babies. i took my daughter to the doctor for a rash that she got on her tush. well i knew it was a yeast infection because she just got of antibotics and the doctor insisted that it was just a diaper rash. well i knew it wasnt so i used some nystatin that my sisters daughter was prescribed for the same thing and it got rid of it in no time.. i just dont think i shoudl have to diagnose my own child, thats what i pay doctors for.. so if there is anyone who could recommend a pediatrician to me that would be great.. i live in east tulsa.

I go to Dr. Rick Cohen, he's located at 31st and memorial,at the warren clinic. He's a bit old school, but a very great doctor, he was my doctor when I was a child also! His number is ###-###-####.
My kids are 9 and 14 and we've gone to Dr. Franz Moncada all their lives. He's at 61st and Yale, just south of St. Francis. He talks to the children and treats them kindly and his thinking on most things is very close to ours. Great doctor! His number is ###-###-####.
I also recommend Dr. Zomer. My daughter is almost one and has been going to him since birth. He is great!
I recently just switched to Dr Dawn Mayberry at South Tulsa Pediatrics, and I love her. Great w/ the kids and she goes above & beyond to figure out whats going on w/ your kiddos!!! Shes at 91st & Memorial ###-###-####.
I have used our pediatrician for 8 1/2 years now and love him. His name is Carl Pfanstiel ###-###-####. he is located in Broken Arrow, off hwy 51 & 161 E AVE. He's thorough, and likes getting to know his patients and their parents. Call them and go talk to him see what you thinkl. I recommend doing that with any doctor your check8ing into.
