Are there any local moms groups in the area and or does anyone know of any breastfeeding support groups?
I am in Moms Club in Denton. We get together and have activities. It has been a life saver for me. I don't know about a breastfeeding support group but there are plenty of us in Moms Club that breastfeed and have pointers (including me). Sure! There is La Leche Leauge of Denton. They meet once a month in the morning and once a month in the evening. That was a great support group for me when I was breastfeeding. There is also an attachment parenting playgroup in Denton as well. They have lots of little get togethers.

We are a group of mostly stay at home moms, and breastfeeding moms are especially welcome at all our events.
