So Monday felt like Sunday (didn't work, hubs worked from home, and we had dinner out with friends we hadn't seen in 2 years), Tuesday during the day felt like Monday since I had to go to work later in the day (3-6). Tuesday evening felt like Friday night since we were both off yesterday. Yesterday felt like Saturday since we were both off.
Now, it's Thursday and I have to work tonight from 3-6. Hubs is working from home all week (kinda getting tired of that). The oldest has dance tonight from 7-8. It feels like a Monday again. Ugh.
Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday (right???). I have a hair appt. and NOTHING else scheduled (well, I might get groceries).
Has this week really messed with your sense of normalcy like it has mine???

Queen - I know your area, and you are unseasonably hot there! We are another 200 miles south. We reached the same temps plus 1 or 2 degrees....not that it makes a difference after 97*. UGH!!!
Well, yesterday felt like Friday. Today feels like Monday. Tomorrow is Friday, but Friday still feels days away. Thank goodness, I don't know what normal is ;)
And this is why I have a watch that tells me the date and more importantly, the day!
This week is fifty-shades effed up. Hate having a holiday in the middle of the week.
It feels a lot like a Monday. The upside to that is it's only a 2 day work week! Yippee.
Ha! YES! It was so nice to have my hubby off during the middle of the week yesterday, but it has totally messed with my brain! I've looked at the calendar a few times today trying to figure out/remember what we are supposed to do!!

I thought Tuesday was Friday since hubs and I were both off yesterday. Then, last night felt like Sunday since I had to work at 7am today and we didn't even get home until 11pm! Today feels like a Thursday finally.

Yep, 2 Mondays in one week is confusing for my psyche.
Lol I thoroughly enjoyed the extra Saturday in the middle of the week! :) but I can see how it could mess with everyone's inner time clock.
With the kids out of school and me working nights and weekends ( my 2 ( if Im lucky) days off are sometime between M-Th and usually not back to back) I have been messed up on what day of the week it actually is!
Then to throw in the holiday in the middle of the week and my husband home yesterday, really messed everything up for me.
Yes thank goodness its Friday tomorrow and I actually have it off! This will be the first "weekend" day I have had off in two months.
It messed us up a little bit too! Yesterday, definitely felt like Saturday since my husband was home. This morning my kids asked if it was Sunday!

It is crazy freaking hot day here, and 1 day til I should be getting my period. When we were out earlier it was 102' out, and no, I don't live in Arizona. Yes, I have been such a lovely, cheerful woman to be around today. Poor kiddos (see related post).
Not so much this week, but last week was like that for me for some reason. Never really figured out why, but I was "a day off" all week long! Ugh.
I was just excited when my 9 yo said he was going to "sleep in" last night because we were up late because of fireworks. So I was a *little* surprised when hubs woke me up at 7am this morning saying my son was up and wanted to go to Boys Club. What happened to sleeping in??!! Yes, ,mid-week holidays tend to throw us off. But I don't care what day it is, I know the weekend is almost here! YIPPEE!!! =)
My husband didn't work yesterday and the children were up super later because of the fireworks display so to me it feels like it should be Sunday.

Well I could have sworn today was Monday. A friend called and I said I was
going to call to see if we can get together for coffee today, but I knew you
had a meeting today (I thought it was Monday). She then told me it was
Thursday. Oh how a mid week holiday screws things up!
Yes. My daughter takes swim lessons Monday and Wed. so since Wed was a holiday they didn't have lessons. Before going to bed wed night I got her swim gear together for Monday and Wed since I thought it was Sunday. I talked to my Mother and told her what I was doing and she said you do realize that tomorrow's thurday don't you? So the rest of the week has been good and now its Friday. Yahhhh!!!
