I'm Moving, Need Advice

I'm a realtor. I've worked with folks lately looking in the HEB area for a rental, so I'm pretty familiar with the area. I ran a search, but I don't know your pricepoint. If you e-mail me back, I'll send you the listings fitting your criteria.

The MLS has mostly single family homes, duplexes and a few triplexes and fourplexes. A couple of good websites for apartments are move.com and rent.com. There's also apartments.com. Many of the sites had floorplans on line for you to check out.

I used to stay at Harwood Hills in Bedford, before getting a house. I really liked the place! It isn't "new" but it's better in my opinion: there are lots of mature trees which you don't see much in this area, the place is landscaped nicely, clean, and it was very quiet. Never had trouble with the neighbors, who had been there between 5-14 years. We were there about 4 years but moved because we had a child and wanted to own a house. Another upside is occassionally when we needed a maintenance man for something like the air conditioner or once the garbage disposal, they came and took care of the situation the same day. The manager, Pat, is great. You mentioned you had a dog: they just put in a brand new doggy park in the center of the complex. It's very close to the hospital, as well. Just off 121 and the Harwood exit.

I'm not sure how the apartments are now, but when I first moved to Texas we lived in the Arbors of Central Park on Parkview Lane. It was a nice place to live and the rent was very reasonable. They are located so close to the hospital that you could walk. Good luck in your future endeavors.

hi iam T. i live in nrh area this area is just off loop 820 and hwy 26 realy nice area down 26 and s=ournding are a has many to choose from different prices some better than others but sill nice on insides of the apts not sure of all the names but if you drive around down eather hwy 26 to 820 or rufe snow going so. area and also the diamond loch area down glenview /rufesnow going west area of nrh as well also their are some duplexs on midcities and holiday lane area real nice and more on rufe snow dr and hightower behind the old tom thumb gro. store real nice apts and duxples 2/3 bed room and eather car ports/patios ect.. need more info eamil me ____@____.com

We lived in the Seramont apartments right off of 121 between Glade and Cheek-Sparger. We lived in the largest 2bed/2bath unit that has a huge patio/balcony. All 1st and 2nd floor apartments (all floorplans) come with a garage, and the third floor ones come with a carport space. The maintenance crew there were great and attentive to our needs.

It may be too far from you - but check the apts on Keller Hwy near Tom Thimb and the ones on Golden Triangle
also North Tarrant Parkway near Northwood church has some neat apts
