Hi Ladies,

I am a nanny by profession and I am looking for some alternative ways to make income from home. My husband and I want to have another child soon and I want to be able to have some sort of business established by then-so I don't have to rely on my nanny work as much. Does anyone have any ideas? I never liked school-so I would like to avoid if all possible. But I am ready for a new career. I have thought about:medical transcription programs, data entry, getting my idea's patented and put on the market, or stuffing envelopes etc. But I haven't found a reputable business and one with out a huge start-up fee. I am open to all suggestions. Please just send your suggestions or thoughts no matter how wacky or crazy they seem. I just need to get some more cash flowing!

Thank you all!

M.

A friend of mine just became an Avon rep. It's pretty easy, and they give you your own website. I've been a skincare fanatic for years, and Avon surprisingly has some of the best skincare products out there. Better than Clinique, for example. Don't know if you can make a fortune doing it, but there's my idea. (And my friend lives in Sacramento, so you won't be competing with her.)

Oh, and here's another one, since you asked for wacky -- I can't remember the name of the company, but I went to one of those home parties for sex products. It was actually fun because a bunch of women get together and because of the nature of the product they have cocktails and get buzzed and then spend lots of money on toys they probably won't use once they're sober. The woman rep actually made quite a bit of money.

Hi Molly,

My friend just told me about www.virtualassistants.com. It looks legit and has ALOT of possibilities of both part and full time at home positions. Good Luck!

Hi Molly,
There are a lot of choices out there, I would recomend you look at a couple of websites that have a lot of different opportunities, they are all good and the pricing is reasonable so hopefully you could find one that works for you. I started with a home job from them and now am starting the 6 figure yearly program. They are a good source even to just give you an idea of whats out there besides mlms (multilevel marketing)! Good luck!

My name is S. I am a 24 year old mother of 2. I wanted to be a stay at home mom but the economy just wasn't what it needed to be for it to work for me. So I found something that I could do to create a little extra income ontop of my part time job. I found a green company that relies on it's members to do there marketing. I have been with the company for over a year and I love it. Everyone wants to go green and with this you show them how and they do everything else through to company. You are basically selling memberships for a healthier life. check out my website. There is no significant financial commitment and you can earn as much as you are willing to work for.
