It started a little underneath my left eye... now its on both of my eyelids .. iv never had chronic skin problems or anything as a child and growing up!. Only time i had any skin related issue before pregnancy was my right elbow. It would peel and turn pink.. even that was new to me! And that has finally gone away..

What can I do next?

Are you sleep deprived? I'm guessing so if you have a 2 month old. Are you rubbing your eyes or are they irritated because you're tired? I get red, sore eyes if I am tired. My eyes will burn and feel itchy.

Dematitus, reaction to a product or soap you're using on your face, allergies, etc. If it's bothersome and not going away, and spreading - I'd be careful not to use same towels, etc. as others at home and I'd go in.

Sounds like hormonal changes are giving your skin a run for your money.
I found that what ever I was doing with my skin before pregnancy - I had to change my routine afterward - because my skin was more sensitive for quite awhile.
Wash with something gentle, maybe cool your eyes with some cucumber slices or cold used tea bags, if skin is dry try using a little coconut oil gently rubbed in as a moisturizer.

Sounds more like allergies and not something related to birth, although hormones can throw off the body chemistry.

Do you wake up with crusty gunk and your eyelids stuck together? That can be conjunctivitis and it's highly contagious. You could see your PCP or an eye doctor. If it's just on the skin (below the eye or the eyelid) then you need to see your PCP or a dermatologist, most likely.

Obviously, have your doctor look at it and see if you need treatment. And wash your hands like crazy until you make sure it's not something your infant can catch.
