Who has tried them and what do you think about em? My baby is almost 4 months and teething, I've tried teethers, frige ones and not cold ones, but she still isnt happy. So I was thinking about trying those natural teething tablets. What do yall think??

What can I do next?

K.,
I have never tried that brand before. We used Hyland brand and they were the best thing EVER. Nothing worked for my babies when they were teething, so we tried the tablets. The disolve almost instantly and the kids never made a face so i suspect they either do not taste, or they taste good. It would work immediately and we never had to worry about them having to take a bunch of medicine because it would last for ever. I think we used one bottle of the meds for each kid... It is a really good product to use.
Good luck

M.

I love the Hylands products and use many of them. The hylands even worked for us when he was two and getting molers.

I know that you've gotten some great answers. But I also wanted to see if you had tried taking a washcloth, folding up so that it lays flat after wetting it and then freezing it. We've used the Hylands and it worked great, but during the day when she was going to be awake we would offer her that and she really liked it. She could chew and suck on it at the same time, which seems to help. She wasn't too fond of the regular teethers either.

Hyland's is the kind I used and they worked great. For future reference, Hyland's earache drops work wonders as well. If one of mine complains of an earache after clinic hours or in the middle of the night it's great to have on hand. I've used it myself and it really works.

They contain alcohol so I wouldn't use them in a baby that small. Try the Hylands teething tablets. My daughter loved them and they seemed to help with no alcohol.

Hello. I have tried Humphreys and my little girl really liked them. When I could tell she was hurting I would pull out the little container and she would get very happy, so I could tell they did help sooth her gums. She too did not like the teethers so much, she would chew on them for a little while and then put them down. I know your baby is still really little, but I also gave my daughter popcicles. Not the regular size though, I found some at the store that are called Mighty Minis. They are about 4 inches long inluding the stick. I would allow her to have 2 at a time and they also helped her alot. Good luck to you.

Our dr said NO to these teething tablets. Shoot, I wish I could remember why. He said there was one ingredient in there that was not good for baby. I never used them. However, my SIL uses them all the time and swears by them.

They work wonderfully for my son! For whatever reason, he didn't respond to Hylands tablets. Oh...and their is no alcohol in them. Here is a link to the ingredients:

PS. Our pediatrician said they are safe to use, as did both of my sisters pediatricians.

Humphrey's is supposed to be dissolved in water before using while Hyland's are tablets to place under the tongue. My sil used Hyland's some time ago and it worked great, especially in calming down her kids. The concern is the Belladonna which can be an opiate but is a very small amount so should be safe unless you give her the whole container. Both brands contain this. I used Little Teether's gel first and it worked great so never had to use the tablets.

You should try them, they seem to work on the earlier teeth but not so much as they get older.
