Holding off on Vaccinations and Entering School

I was just curious as to whether anyone has held off on some vaccinations for their children--and how they sent them to school without these vaccines. Did the schools fight it? I am considering not doing anymore vaccines for heath reasons. My chiropractor said he sent his kids to school without some of them but had to get a letter from an attorney.

What can I do next?

In the state of IL, all parents have the right to a religious exemption. You do not have to state what your religion is or why, exactly, you are taking the exemption. All governmental agencies must accept it. They cannot fight it.

Simply write a letter stating that you are not getting your children vaccinated and attach a copy of the IL code for Exemption:

http://www.ilga.gov/commission/jcar/admincode/077/0770069...

Here is a copy of the letter I use for my daughter:

To Whom It May Concern:

We have spent the last five years dedicating our time to making sure that *your child's name* gets everything he/she needs in order to be a healthy child in all aspects of her life; emotionally, spiritually, and physically. When we go shopping, we make sure that we buy products that are preservative free, whole, organic foods. In our faith beliefs, we are to only put into our bodies that which will sustain us; that which is healthy and pure.

Throughout pregnancy, we researched everything about vaccinations. What we found, essentially, was that vaccinations are comprised of highly toxic substances: mercury, aluminum, formaldehyde, aborted fetal tissue, foreign animal RNA and DNA materials. None of these substances is healthy, in any form, in the human body. There is no justification—within the context of our faith beliefs—that putting these elements into *your child's name* body would be healthy. This goes against our faith belief that only good, lovely, and pure things should go into our bodies.

Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.

Sincerely,

(Parent's Names here--must be signed and original turned in)

My doctor has a lot of problems with giving kids vaccines. So he gave me a note. What a lot of people don't realize is that there are a lot of vaccines that are not needed(chicken pox for one) but the drug company lobbyists have paid the right politicians to get laws past requiring them. I know people who get their kids the flu vaccine every year which I believe is crazy. It makes it so the child never has an immune system of their own. It is all dependent on vaccines. My doctor knows of a study that shows kids immune systems transfer over to an adults system when they have the chicken pox and if they get the vaccine it never happens, then they end up as sick adults. And if the child doesn't remember to get boosters as an adult, they can end up getting all of these diseases. And it is much worse to get them at 30 then at 3.
Good Luck!!!!

I have not done the MMR or Chickenpox vaccine. My daycare has accepted basically a letter that states my religious reasons (exemptions) for it. In IL it has to be a religious exemption or a note from a doctor saying that it would harm the child's health to get the vaccination. We have not crossed the school hurdle yet, so I am interested to see what other Moms have to say about this as well.

My son is not vaccinated andI just told the daycare that we weren't doing it because of health reasons (he has severe eczema but few would agree that that is a valid reason to delay vax). They just accepted it but I am also curious about what happens at school time. We plan to delay and selectively vax so he will have a few by that time.

A word of caution, make sure that you take your chidl to the doctor regularly despite not vaxing. Even though the childhood visit schedule is made to fit the vax schedule, it could be looked at as negligence if you do not take your child to the doc and do not vax, while if you meet the regular visit schedule it looks more like an informed decision.
