I am a mess right now and super stressed.

First, I just started a different job right at a year ago that I love. The pay sucks and so do the benefits, but I love my freedom and who I work with. (Also love that I can mamapedia all day). Now we may be moving to a new state and new town. I know this maybe necessay for a better quality of life, but I really do love my job. How many people can actually say that? So, how do I go about lookingfor a new job in a new place? Do I wait for hubby to get one first then I look? Look ahead of time?

Second, Am I pregnant? JK I have heard of people missing periods due to stress, but I seem to be the opposite. I have been going for 12 days striaght now. Can this be stress related? I took my pack of pills last month and skipped the sugar pills hoping to avoid Aunt Flow, but it didn't work and I'm on day 12 now. :( I am usually a 5 dayer. Any ideas?

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

No sister companies and really I am up for any kind of job. I like doing different things.

I feel fine and it isn't heavy at all just annoying as all get out.

Jamiee K.- I pray about it all the time day and night, but I am still scared to leave everything I know and am used to.

I had this happen. When my older ones were about 3 months old I was back on the pill and with the Obs approval skipped the last week and went straight to the next month, figuring to skip the cycle. I ended up with 15 days. I finally go to see gyne at 15th day of course and since it was stopped, no reason to do anything. But he did tell me that I just had the baby so hormones are still all over, nursing-again the hormones, and I started the pills different so my body was not quite sure what it wanted to do or what I wanted it to do. If it is really heavy, then I would go see the doc but if not super heavy and you feel fine, you could wait and see how much longer it goes.

Wow!! I want your job!! ;D I'm a christian and I'd pray about it and watch God work. I wish you the best!

Also, I had extra long cycles when I had my tubes tied and my hormones were out of wack. It could just be a hormone imbalance from the pill and stress. Maybe check with your doc. Good luck!!

I am kinda confused on the pill thing. If you don't take the sugar pills or anything you will still get a period. If you go right into the next package you will not but sometimes a little.

I take Seasonale and how it basically works is you don't have the breaks, you have 12 weeks of pills back to back (I think 12) then the sugar pills so you only get four periods a year.

If I am really in a period hating mood I jump right into the next pack. Apparently this has no bad effect on your body, well at least according to my OB/GYN.

Yes, periods going longer can be stress induced as well, especially if you messed with your cycle last month.

You don't really say what your job is, but can they transfer you to another unit or branch of the company? Do they have sister companies you can work for?
