Handyman Recommendation

This is my next-door neighbor. He's used quite a lot in our subdivision and everyone raves about him.

My name is Joe Miller, I am a residential contractor. I offer a wide range of services, everything from minor interior repairs and remodeling to adding a concrete patio extension. I also do brick or stone landscape beds and tree wells (meeting HOA requirements of course) I can repaint a bedroom, add shelving to a closet, repair a leaking toilet, you name it, I can get it done. Getting a handyman for the small jobs is hard. But here is a name.

David Bateman Plumbing Services... he's wonderful and will respond. Not sure if he does drywall himself or subs it out. ###-###-####

I have a ton of real estate rentals; I use Rudy Riddle at ###-###-#### for these things, and have used him for about ten years. Whether he will do it for you probably depends on how close you are to where he lives/works. His prices are reasonable and his work is good.

For roof repair, which you should take care of first, call Rufus the Roofer at ###-###-####.

Just last week I had some drywall work done by Michael Pazos, owner of Armstrong Remodeling & Construction, ###-###-####. I can not tell you how impressed I am with his workmanship and time management. It was two very small jobs and he arrived at 7:30 a.m. and was finished by 2:00 p.m. He never stopped working until the jobs were complete.

I also had a water leak, which is why I needed the drywall repair. I used Northlake Plumbing for that repair. Again, a wonderful job and I was very pleased. That number is 214/341-4582. I used a gentleman named Stanley and he was just terrific.
