Well my daughter decided to be cinderella for halloween this year and i am not sure what color tights/leggings and long sleeve shirt to get for her to wear under her costume. she has a blue cinderella costume
white-it is easy to see after dusk and looks nice during daylight hours.
White, light blue, or light grey will all look fine.
I would go with either white or light blue
I'd do white, unless you can find a blue shirt that would match her costume's shade of blue very very closely.
