Although he is not completely in your area, I would highly recommend Dr. Eric Emery at the Smile Station in Kirkwood. We gladly drive from St. Charles to see him--he and his staff are worth it!
My pediatrician takes her daughter to Dr. Homer Sedighi and thinks he is great ###-###-#### or www.kidsdentistry.com). He is near 40 & Clarkson/Olive. I am not sure if he has the state-of-the-art equipment or not. I hope to take my daughter to him, but I am not sure if he is in our dental plan. Good luck!
There's a good one off of Watson Rd. His name is Stephen Branham. His number is ###-###-####. I didn't personally see him but my sister did and she LOVED him...I don't know about state of the art stuff but he seems like a really good dentist. Good luck!

The Osage Dental Group in Pacific, MO has three very wonderful dentist and yes they do use radiography, etc.
