Dr. Jay Burns and Assoc. You can Google him to see who he is and his credentials. He will not make you look like a stone face. If you let the receptionest know you heard about it with It's Confidence you will get special treatment. That is his marketing company, that sends medical staff to my salon to do Botox and Restylane injections.

You might want to ask your opthamologist. Often times they refer patients for this surgery, if their lids have drooped to the point to where it affects vision.

My sister and two friends have used Dr. Fred Hackney and they all love him. He is in Dallas, not sure of his contact info.

Above all else, my best advice is to do your research thoroughly and make sure whoever you pick is a board-certified plastic surgeon.

A lot of my friends have used Dr.Kenneth Smart, he is in Centennial Medical Center in Frisco. I have only gone to him to get Botox once, but really liked him! All my friends and their moms look great and love his plastic surgery results! Good Luck!

Tell her to check out Dr. David Genecov. He is at Medical City. He does a lot of facial stuff - mainly Cranial Facial, but we have a good friend who is a doctor and says his work is always great!
