I was a mid b-cup before kids, then i had them and was in a large c-cup, after nuring my second child my bust went to a small a-cup, not only have they shrunk but it is also 2 inches of sagging skin, YUCK!! Has anyone had any experience with bust enhnancers? Did they work? are their herbal remedies or pills that work? I cant afford the $5000 or so surgery for implants, i am very self causious about my bust, sagging skin isnt exactly a turn on, my hubby says he doesnt mind, but if he doesnt then why would be make comment about other womens size about how big they are? I just want them to look NORMAL again, their not suppose to sag till i am old, i am only 26 for pete sake. Any help on info on these products would be great and anyone who has had experience with different products, your experience will help me decide what to choose.

Forget the magic "pills, creams, herbs, lotions, supplements, vitamins, & etc. If they worked, I'd me in line...hee,hee. Really, if they worked, breast implants would be out of business. Exercise can help to give the appearance of firmer busts due to increase chest muscle mass underneath the breast. Just a thought, start saving $5 a day. After three years, you will have approx. $5,475 if you decide to proceed with plastic surgery. Good Luck

I can't swear that none of those bust enhancers work, but that's what I've always read. I also have to imagine that, if one of them worked, we would be hearing about it all over the place -- the news, every women's magazine (as feature stories, not ads), etc. Whatever you do, though, don't look for a deal for the surgery. It's not worth dying to get the girls back up there. Those "chicken cutlet" things would help for when you're wearing a bra. Once the bra comes of, I don't not what to tell you other than you probably look better than you think. We tend to hold ourselves to such impossible standards.

Haven't tried bust enhancers. However, I have worked out regularly (cardio and weights) 3 hours a week and my breasts seem to be going back to normal. They used to sag after my 2nd child. During my 3rd pregnancy, I started working out and moved to a healthy diet
(limited caffeine, limited alcohol, and regular consumption of 5-a-day fruits and veggies). I work out first thing in the morning (5:30am). My 3rd child is now 9 months old, am still breastfeeding, and my breasts aren't sagging. Good alternative to surgery, and a lot cheaper.

Hi D. - I just wanted to be sure that you know that you can check the safety rating for personal care products (everything from shampoo to body lotions). I would advise this because anything you put on your skin can be absorbed into the body. You want to be careful of ingredients to make sure they are all safe for you. Visit www.findgreenhere.com and go to safe cosmetics page. Click on costmetic database link at bottom of page and you can do a search and entire the name of product to see how it is rated. Good luck to you! :o)

I did augmentation/implants 7 years ago and LOVED it. After having another baby 3 years ago by surprise and then nursing for 15 months I am a droopy mess. My doc says that now I need a lift, I can keep my same implants though. I do need lazer stretch mark revision however. I like the mom that said save over time. Invest in yourself! I would try to save $100-$200 per month. Surgery today is only about $3000. Good luck to you.
PS. your hubby will be THRILLED!

I tried the pills and my bust seem to get a little bigger, but I also noticed so did I. They made me gain some weight. I stopped taking them because you have to take soo many pills everyday, it was just to much for me. I think my boobs only got bigger cause I was gaining weight. I wouldn't suggest getting them. I have seen some excercize thing that suppost to lift and enlarge your bust...I want to try it. Let me know if you find something that works...I could use a lift too!

HI hun. I know your pain. Unfortunately I Have tried the breast enhancers and all it did was make my boobs swell and hurt as if I were going to be starting my period or was still a 10 year old girl. Sadly once you stop using the pills, its back to normal. I know it sounds crazy but if you can start saving your change you will be surprised at how fast and how much you can save. If you are miserable about your breasts now, chances are you will be two to three years from now. Its sounds like forever but will be worth it in the end. Until then, grab a extra padded push up bra and work that cleavage! If I can do it being a 34B so can you! Walmart has a really good bra that I use and its under 15.00! Some might say faults advertisements but who is going to know except your husband and honestly the worst you may get out of him is DAY-UM what did you do?? lol

I am unable to help you but I did want to comment that pregnancy unfortunately can cause breasts to become saggy so it's not ture that they don't get saggy until you're old - many women your age (my SIL had her first at 23) develop sagging breasts due to pregnancy. What about something like a push-up bra or those bras with the gel inserts? My SIL has the same problem that you do - she was barely an A pre-kids and is a B cup right now, nursing her youngest. She has been contemplating her options and I think she figured something like one of those bras with inserts would be good - she'd look good in her clothes and since her husband doesn't care, what she looks like naked isn't a big deal to her.

Dear D.,

Unfortunately, breast enhancing creams, potions or devices do not work. The only way to reestablish volume lost after pregnancy is by a breast lift and/or implant.

The best thing for me has been doing pushups. Seriously! If you can do twenty a day, on your knees, your pecs will lift your breasts up and they will look MUCH better. I was completely surprised but I'm telling you it works and it works fast. (I'd love to hear more advice on this topic, you and I are in the same boat!)

Hmmmm... I'm not sure what to tell you, but I will tell you what happened to me over the years and maybe it will happen to you too. I was a C cup pre-kids, blew up into some insane F cup during nursing (I felt like a bloody cow - like my boobs arrived in a room 20 minutes before the rest of me...)
Quit nursing and went down...down...down into barely a B. Stayed there for about a year. Then started back up. About two years after that I'm into a D (and no, it isn't weight, I'm pretty thin) And the same thing happened to my mom, by the way. So maybe? Its hope anyway. Give it some time, is my point.
