I've never actually used diapers.com as I use cloth diapers on my boys. I am in the Coraopolis area if you ever want to chat about a cloth option. I just had my baby on Feb 2 2008...it is my third boy and I've been using cloth for 2.5 years.
It is a lot easier then you may think--no pins or weird plastic pants. Most of my diapers have snaps on them and rest have a velcro like closure. I am loving the diapers that I have that are made out of a SUPER soft and absorbent bamboo fabric. They hold up great and I have yet to have a leak or a newborn poo up the back experience.
I wash them myself- and it has saved us lots of money of the past 2.5 years not only on diapers & wipes but on clothing & washings too.

I have a 5 month old daughter and I purchase all my diapers from diapers.com. She gets a horrible diaper rash from regular diapers, so I found seventh generation diapers and with the savings card with them I save a bunch. It ends up being like $35 for 4 packs of diapers, and for orders over $50 shipping is free. So I buy in bulk. I always buy 2 cases of 4 packs at a time. Hope this helps.
