In our house we have 3 Cokes and 2 Pepsi. We don't drink much soda. But sometimes an ice cold Coke is life saving, especially a fountain Coke.

I only drink soda rarely, but when I do, it's gotta be Pepsi, preferably Pepsi Throwback because it's made with real sugar not high fructose corn syrup.

Answering the question as is..I prefer Pepsi over Coke.

I don't drink very much soda, if at all and when I do it's typically Hansens. I can not stand anything diet at all. The artificial sweetners all give me horrible headaches and they all taste like metal and have this bitter bite to them. I actually like Dr Pepper more than Pepsi or Coke when going for "bad" soda (not like Hansens is all that better but it's a little better at least for the treat that it is).
And that's the long answer LOL

We don't drink a lot of soda but I do keep some in the fridge. our preference is Coke. None of use like pepsi and if Pepsi is the alternative, I do not drink it.

I pretty much stick to water, occasional Ginger Ale and the new Ocean Spray Cranberry Energy drinks.

Gun to the head Pepsi - which absolutely kills my uncle. He retired from Coke after working there for almost 40 years. LOL.

Don't really drink much soda. Water is my preferance for now with some tea added to it.

yum yum either one sounds delicious.

FYI: I hate the bitter taste of coffee so cola is my only caffine, and i can't stand atrificial sweeteners so No diet for me, Diet pop tastes like sewage. I usually have 2 a week. It is my guilty pleasure.

But if cherry pepsi Or Dr Pepper is available I prefer those over all. funny to find others saying dr pepper too.

I've switched back and forth a few times but coke is my current favorite.
None of that diet stuff - it messes up your metabolism and does a number on your kidneys.
I also like ginger ale and Squirt.
I use to LOVE cream soda when I was a kid - I tasted it lately and now it seems way too sweet to me.

I RARELY drink soda, but if I do it's totally regular Coke. In face, if you can get the little glass bottle ones from Mexico (my grocery store actually sells some in the deli area) those are the best - made with real sugar.

Coke Zero! But will settle for any version of Diet Coke or Pepsi when I really want one. I've cut down from my usual one can a day because of acid reflux, so now will choose a Fresca, or Diet Sprite, or Iced Tea, or yes even just water.

Do you think you can really tell the difference though, without labels? This question is so interesting, that teachers use it to teach research methods to students. Here are the instructions: http://serc.carleton.edu/sp/library/datasim/examples/coke...

Root beer, but I might have one once or twice a year. My sister and husband are regular pepsi, my dad is regular coke, my mom is diet coke. They all leave a bad sugary aftertaste.

If you want a reason to stay away from soda, check this out:
http://eatthis.menshealth.com/slide/worst-soda?slideshow=...

A while back I came across an article linking diet soda to obesity and having larger stomachs and diabetes issues. I can't find it right now but there are a bunch of studdies out there that are starting to prove this.

We're drinking flavored, usweetened seltzer water from Safeway/Tom Thumb.
You can find it in the soda aisle.
Soda is HORRIBLE for you, even the diet stuff.
I kinda figured this out myself years ago and now the "experts" are saying the same thing.

I never liked Coke, but I used to drink Pepsi. I stopped drinking soda almost three years ago. Awhile back, I tried Pepsi again and discovered that I can't stand it.

On rare occasion, I'll have a white soda - 7Up, Sprite, etc - but only if I don't have an option for a non-sugared drink. I kicked the sugar habit, and now I no longer like things like this.
