Maybe you have coconut powder.

We use coconut oil on our skin and hair. We buy it in the oil section of our grocery ( about $12) and it is in solid form in the jar.

Use just a tad and it melts in your hands to use evenly on skin and hair.

I'm not so sure I know what you are talking about if it is in powder form

Are you sure it's oil? Oil is very greasy and will not mix with water or any liquid. I suggest that you have coconut powder and if so it would probably mix with a liquid and you could definitely sprinkle it over veggies. You could also incorporate it in baked goods. Just give it a try.

Later: Here's a web site about coconut powder. It's dried coconut milk and is used when its reconstituted with water. Another site gave Asian recipes using the powder. http://www.cooksinfo.com/coconut-powder

I agree with the other ladies. Google "what to do with/how to use coconut powder" and see what you get.
