Does any one have a referral for an architect who can design house plans for a home in North Dallas? I have a rough sketch of exactly what we would like built and are ready to move forward with making these house plans official!! We will be building on our own land.
I would also love any feedback with regard to costs, suggestions, good/bad experiences when building a custom home, experiences from anyone who decided to build on their own land, owning land and managing an agricultural exemption., etc.

HPD Architects or Drew Wommack Architects are both very good and located in the Dallas area.
