Very possible to not have signs. For my first pregnancy, pcos and IVF, I told the nurse to let me know when they had the correct reading on the blood test. For my others, I was past 10 weeks when I found out I was pregnant. Never have had any morning sickness and no real cravings. Though I did go nuts for milk with all 3.

ETA I did have one day with my second pregnancy that I felt bad and thought I wanted to throw up but it was gone teh next day--thought I had a bug or something.

Yes, totally possible. When I was pregnant with both my kids, I went through periods of time in the 1st trimester when I thought - maybe something's wrong and I'm not really pregnant - simply because I had no symptoms. But everything really was fine.

And by the second trimester, when I had unrelenting back pain that lasted for the rest of both pregnancies, I longed for the early days of the 1st trimester when I felt good :)
