Hi! Just wondering if anyone has had any experience with their children (more specifically toddlers) at Zion Lutheran (located on Lovers Lane in Dallas)? Thanks!

Hi, J.. I think we've e-mailed each other before regarding referrals. Not sure if this makes a difference or not, but although I haven't actually used their early learning center, I have been teaching a Kindermusik summer camp there all summer. The staff has been warm, accepting, hospitable and truly interested in "me". That has made a tremendous difference to me and so I am now checking them out myself for my 3 year old this fall. I am conversing right now with Jim House, the principal, about offering Kindermusik classes to enrolled preschool families there this fall.

Good luck!

HI there. I have only heard really good things about their program. I was thinking about switching my almost 3 year son there for this year, but decided to stay with where he has been (since I'm expecting at the end of Sept.) I didn't want to turn his whole world apart. We are however, considering placing him in preschool there next year. Please let me know if you get any other responses that are different than from what I have heard. I have toured the facility several times and really like it.

Thanks, A.

J.,
I have not had my own daughter at Zion (she's only 9 mos), but a colleague of mine at SMU has put her toddler-age daughter there and has recommended it to me and other colleagues as a nice preschool that is teacher friendly, flexible and reputable.
Hope that helps!

I've heard it is a good place, although I can't speak from experience with my own children. Some neighbors who both teach at Jesuit are sending their boys there this Fall. They had their boys at Williamson House before that and had great things to say about that too. I know it's heresay, but I hope it's helpful! C..
