S., I noticed that melinda and I attend the same church but in different locations. I live in puyallup and our church is everywhere so it wouldn't be a problem for you to find the one closest to you to attend. I belong to the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints. aka Mormons. I'm not sure what you are looking for in a church but if you are wondering where you came from before you were born, why your here on earth and where you are going after you die. You need to find out more about us. (mormons) We believe that families can be together for ever. not just for this life. We believe that we are all spirit children of our Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ is our Savior and only begotten son of God who died for our sins because he loves us and wanted to provide us a way to return to live with our Heavenly Father. we believe that we have a loving Heavenly Father that knows each and every one of us personally and he loves us personally. We believe that he has a plan for us and that he wants us to be happy. I know that my Heavenly Father loves me and he hears us when we pray. He answers prayers. I also know that we have a true Prophet on the earth today just as they did in bible times. He is the head of the Lord true church in these Days. His Names is Thomas S. Monson. I know with all my heart that this is God's true church on the earth today and is patterned after his ancient church in the time of Abraham, Issac and Jacob. If you are searching for more than just a sunday religion, if you want the answers to life, if you want to find true happiness and joy this is the church you need. you can find out all about us at LDS.ORG. If you are interested you can e-mail me anytime and I can find out exactly what church building that is nearest you and when the meeting times are in that building. If this is what you are looking for... please pray and ask God. He will answer you. Good luck in your search. J.

I don't know exactly where you live and what you are looking for in a church. Grace Baptist in Tacoma has solid teaching. It is a church of about 80 people and a few young family. Sunday service at 10:45. If you like larger churches with lots of activity Lighthouse Christian Center in Puyallup has that. Lighthouse also has a MOPS program.
You can check out church websites for service times. If you want to get involved in MOPS and the same church check out mops.org to find the mops closest to you.

well, I go to church in Lacey - but it isn't too far from you! I attend the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. The church is off of Martin Way and Meridian Road. You can also look in your phone book to see if there is a chapel nearer to you. Feel free to email me if you have any questions: ____@____.com.

When we moved here 8 years ago we attended a couple of different churches and although we liked them and we agreed fully with the teaching, it wasn't home. Then 3 years ago we found a little non-denominational church called Inspiration Bible Church where everything just clicked. We know God led us there. My husband always went to church but never fully enjoyed it until we went to IBC. He is an avid hiker and mountain climber and so is half the church! I encourage you to seek God's direction for you and your family in finding a church. And don't give up until you find that place where you can worship and feel completely loved by God and man.

I attend Tacoma United Pentecostal Church on So. 43rd St. (By Tacoma Mall) My husband has attended there all his life as well as his parents and I have been a member for 13 years now. It is a warm, welcoming church with straight teaching/preaching from the Bible. If you would like to visit, please feel free to email me at ____@____.com for directions and times.
God Bless,

Hi, S.. My boys and I have been going to River Ridge Covenant Church; right across the street from Nisqually Middle School. It took me a year to finally find the right church to call home, and River Ridge is it for us. The congregation is just the right size, it's very low key, and they have lots of childrens' ministries. Also, right now there's an Alpha course going on every Thursday evening from 6-8:30p.m. They start the evening off with dinner, followed by a video, and small group discussion. If you think this sounds like a church you'd be interested in, please pay us a visit. Sunday services are 9am and 10:45am. Good luck with your search.

Hi,

finding a church that feels like home can be hard. My husband, son and I go to North West Church in Federal Way. We love it :) If you want to check out the website it is: www.nwcfoursquare.org
Keep praying about it and the Lord will show you where He has called you to.

Hi S.,
We just moved to Puyallup about a year ago and attended many churches and really like Bethany Baptist Church. It is located behind South Hill Mall. If you live on South Hill they also have a 6:00 service at Stahl Junior High. We really like the pastor. He is so down to earth, bible based and a good speaker. The nursery is also really nice. I am starting MOPS there and really like it. I hope you find a church home soon!
blessings,
C.
