Hi Mommas - look out for Too Much Information: I'm 41 and never had a problem with yeast infections, etc. but had one recently (I think it was "activity" related). My older sis said lubrication may be needed now as I approach menopause - no symptoms yet, but I know dryness is one. Can anyone recommend a particular lubrication? I've seen the commercials for the "his/hers", and have used the store brand. Just wondering if there's really a difference, etc. comfort/sensation wise.

You need a good probiotic. Once I began on probiotic my yeast infections stopped. I was getting them often too, but now...Not one in 2 years.

I like Astroglide. KY Jelly makes me feel yuck for some reason, but Astroglide has never done that.
The adult "toy" stores have a lot of stuff like that.
I have not personally used one but I have viewed quite a selection. The stores are nice stores, not what you typically think an adult "toy" store is like. They have some cute Halloween things too.
