I use Zipfizz but I put it in about 20-22 oz of water. Two years ago I had my annual physical and my blood tests showed that I was low in several vitamins & minerals. After taking Zipfizz, last year's blood tests showed all levels were in the normal range.

Not all vitamins are created the same. Some of the ones that you see at your local grocery store and GNC have fillers in them and you don't really want that. I've found that the ones that I buy at Whole Foods Market tend to be higher quality (I notice that I feel like I have more pep after I take them). The ones that I purchase are the WF's 365 brand Women's Multi Vitamin and also their Immune Support Multi Vitamin. I just alternate the two throughout the week.

If you are really into making sure that you are getting the best quality vitamins and supplements, you may want to check out the website for Dr. Andrew Weil. He has a free on-line questionnaire you can complete which will give you recommdations on what vitamins and supps are right for you. You can purchase the vitamins on their website but you can also just print out their recommendations and take it to the store with you when you are ready to go vitamin shopping.

Hope this helps.

I personally love the hybrids from arbonne. Single packages so when I forget in the morning, I have a couple in my purse and can still get my vitamins! After about 30 min I start to feel so much better. No more fatigue difficulty sleeping or muscle cramps. I've had these issues for over 5 years. Even my mother keeps her blood pressure stable with them, with permission from her cardiologist.....give me a buzz if you want more info ____@____.com

I would highly recommend the Shaklee vitamins.

They are way strict about their source ingredients and only sell what they themselves make or those that are made to their specifications. The results of their research have been written up in JAMA - they are that good.

You can email me if you want to know more -

It is critically important that any nutritional supplements you take are recognizable to your digestive system as food. Otherwise, your body will digest them as waste, and not absorb any of the nutrients. Nikken has a full line of organic, food-based vitamins and nutritional supplements. These are processed in a way that keeps living enzymes living, and makes them completely utilized by your body. Nikken has a core system of products that are good for everybody--(specific to men and women), as well as several specialized supplements for specific needs, such as bone health, liver support, etc. Please visit my website at www.nikken.com/brendaramsey to see our entire line of wellness products

Women over 40 need Calcium, Mg and Vitamin D. For healthy bones to prevent osteoporosis! My Doc checks those levels every 2 years.

All the other stuff people mentioned you should talk to your doctor about. Lots of people want to sell their product b/c they love it for them. Your doctor will know if it's for YOU!

I suggest Oligo. You actually absorb much more of their nutrients than the most popular brands. Follow bottle directions. If you want/need more info you can PM me.

I'm just getting caught up on posts so I'm sorry this is late but check out http://www.YummyLiquidVitamins.com watch the free 3 minute video. I'm 43 and me and my hubby have been taking these and LOVE it! Its cheap, has tons of vitamins AND minerals, basically 10 formulas in ONE!! It's less than $50 per month and it's premixed so it's super easy to take! You don't have to open a ton of bottles every day and liquid only takes a few minutes to be absorbed by your body instead of HOURS that pills take. anyway, we love it, check it out and message me if you have any questions or call on my cell ###-###-####.
