Stains from Breastfed Spit Up

It's funny, I just asked this same question about 5 months ago. And, I am on my second child and didn't have this problem with my first, but my daughter also has a dairy intolerance. I never made that connection, so thank you! Anyways, what other moms recommended to me was to soak the grease-stained clothes in Dawn dish soap. It worked like a charm! I couldn't believe it. Maybe it will work for the yellow stains too. Good luck!

Karen gives the best advice. Breastmilk is high in fat, and the stains are grease. Normal clothing detergents can't appropriately take out the grease stains. I found dishwashing detergent to be the best at breaking down the grease and helping remove the stain.
