Spots on Toddler's Face

Hi everyone. My 19 month old daughter has developed red spots all over her face (mostly in her cheeks) - they are not bumps (the skin is not raised), it's just red spots. I'm wondering if this could be vaccine related? She just got several shots about 10 days ago (she had to catch up from missing her 12, 15, and 18 month shots). Any ideas? Thanks!

What can I do next?

So What Happened?

well, thanks for those that gave advice and expressed concern. I have to say, I am completely freaked out now and upset that I let the doctor give her that many shots at once. I've always had discomfort about the whole vaccination thing, but I went with what the doc said because I assumed they were right. I am going to do some research about a healthy detox for her, and will probably find a new pediatrician. :(

I am not sure why you would give a child extra vaccines at any point. They don't ever have to catch up. You are asking for a disaster. I have several friends that have made the same mistake, for the record you do NOT have to vaccinate in GA and your Doctor is an idiot for doing this.

It most likely is vaccine damage. You need to get your child to an Osteopath and a Homeopath who can help get the toxins out of your child and help to heal your child naturally. Furthermore, you need to be concerned with the issues your child is experiencing that they can't tell you about. I have personally experienced vaccine damage and wouldn't wish it on anyone.

You might want to go to www.yahoogroups.com Join the group called Vaccinations there are a lot of mom's there with vaccine damaged kids that can help you out. You can also ask any questions you might have like, why you don't "catch a child up on their vaccines"

I would also never go back to that doctor.

Hi K.,
You are right to be concerned, and so glad to see you being educated enough to attack it. If you would a doctor to help you, I have the best one in the world. She is not in GA, we work with her through lab results and phone consults. She has been the driving force in returning my son to health. We have been with her for 4 years. Her website is www.drrachelwest.com. There are a few good ones in GA, but they have waiting lists and they are not half as good as Dr. West. I won't go into my story, but my son is a miracle story waiting to be written.

You should find a new ped (arrogant and stupid to do that) - but you also should get Dr. Sears Vaccine book or The thoughtful Parents guide so you can get educated and set the standard for what you will allow. The law allows for it, and you can keep your child healthy.

Catching up on shots is as wrong as it gets. There is a big push to start spreading the shots out. Just google vaccine ingredients and you'll see they even put aborted fetal tissue in the MMR vaccine. Along with formaldehyde, mercury, (yes merc is still in them), and a long list of other pathogens (yes they are pathogens) that can make anybody sick, especially a tiny child with a developing immune system.
You can try doing a lot of liquid acidophilus and some cod liver oil,,,the red spots could be yeast related, or the pathogen load pushing out of the last way out, which is the skin.
Keep the in mind, especially if your third is a boy. Best of luck from someone who is raising a vaccine damaged child.

Hi K.,

It could be vaccine related. Besides the actual medicine in the vaccine there are a lot of fillers. I just heard the other day that if you have alergy to synthetic latex you shouldn't take a certain one....latex????????? The best thing to do after the fact with a vaccine is to detox. At that age a good multivitamin that will absorb into the system, a lot of fruit and veggies and WATER is your best bet.
