Seeking Tattoo Parlor for Custom Piece

Check out Scott Marshall at www.vanitytattoo.com. It is in Bloomingdale. I've had 2 custom tattoos by him and they are great! He takes his work very seriously and on the website you can see the awards he has won for his work.

There is a great shop in Downtown Elgin. Of course I can't think of name right now. But my mom had her belly re-pirced there and it was wonderful. The artists seem very good, we chated while I was waiting. And the piercer was awesome and very knowledgable. It on Chicago st. They other shops around the U.S. too. I get my work done in Mich. by a guy I went to school with so i haven't had anything done at this shop. But I would if it didn't work out for me to go home.

There is a tattoo place on Chicago Street in Elgin just a few house east of Rt 25. I am not into Tattoos, but know a friend of mine came from the south suburbs just to go to this place and get his tattoo.

Topnotch Tattoo is the one on Chicago St.everyone is referring to. I actually got a tattoo there about 5 years ago and love it. I agree it was very clean and professional. I went in with a necklace that had a symbol on it I wanted replicated on my shoulder and it came out perfect. Good luck!

I don't have a personal recommendation for tattoo but I got my piercing at Topnotch Tattoo in Elgin and a friend got her tattoo there and loves it! I thought they did very good work, plus they were very clean and professional.
