Seeking Recommendations for LASIK Dr's in Dallas

I had mine done by Dr. Whitmann in Dallas. He is very caring and pleasant. I am pleased with the results. He is rated the #1 Lasik Dr. in Dallas.

4 years ago, still at 15/20 with traditional (cheaper) lasik!
Dr Gelender and 2 of the Doctors at his office (Bowman + 1) have been on Best D doctors in lasik for more than 5 years consecutively.
Dr Gelender is loving and patient. Personally sees you at EVERY visit. not a cow ranch feeling like most of those that advertize. His price is a little higher than those production facilities but if you can get $600 off (4 years ago) by mentioning:

1) An old patient refered you = $300 off
2) you have insurance (it can nver be used for lasik - just the fact that you have it) = $300.
The price after the $600 is cheaper than the production type facilities.

My SIL, husband, his cousin and wife all have gone to Clearview in Southlake. None of them had any complications and I know at least my SIL and hubby would recommend them. I would think that my hubby's cousin and his wife would recommend them also. I have only gone there for standard eye exams and I was very pleased with the staff and Dr.s there.

Dr Whittman of the Key Wittman Eye Center...he and the staff were absolutely the BEST! You can even go to one of their free seminars and watch real people have the surgery done right before you...

I had mine done by the Dallas Cornea Assoc. They are by Presby in Dallas. Dr. Bradley Bowman did mine. Best money I have ever spent in my life!!! I would do it all again!!!Mine was done sept 04
