We just moved to East Tulsa and I was wondering if anyone could tell me where the playgrounds are. Preferably one with babyswings.

What can I do next?

Cowan Park is a nice park, it is located around 21st and Garnett (just north and west of there near the school) Hope that helps. It has baby swings, and also a smaller baby playground

K.,

I am pretty new to Tulsa also so I don't know exactly where east Tulsa is. I am also a SAHM. We moved here from Louisiana. We live in Southwest Tulsa. There is a very nice park on Riverside between 71st & 81st. They have baby swings, slides, ride on toys, seesaw, a little train for the kids to climb on & play in, picnic tables, bbq pits. They even have a water playground in the summer. It is a very nice, shady park. I have 2 1/2 year old twin girls. They love it there.

What part of East Tulsa? I live by TU, I just drive to Lafortune at 51st and Yale. I would just take I-44 to Yale exit and head south 1 mile. They have lots of swings and baby swings, I was just there today.

I wish I knew where in east tulsa, but there is a big one with a splash pad at Mohawk park which is right next to the zoo. Broken arrow has another nice one just east of elm & just south of 71.
Then Lafortune is at 61 & yale.

Hey K.! This is crazy that I found you on here because I live right around the block from you. You were just talking to my husband Casey, when you went on a walk last night, who has the construction business and is doing real estate investment now. I didn't come out because I was dealing with dinner and the hungry kids, but I'd definately like to meet with you sometime if you're available. We could do it here on the block or at a park. We have a swing set if you ever wanna come here to play. I usually go to La Fortune so if you ever wanna go when it gets nice, you can call me or send me an email with your info. My name's J., I'm 26 and a SAHM. Our kids are Zander (14 mos) and Kira (3 yrs). My home phone is ###-###-#### and my cell is ###-###-####. My email is ____@____.com house is 13235 in case you forgot and want to stop by ever. Anyway, hope to hear from you and, if not, hope you find a very wonderful life here in Tulsa. I love it here--I was raised here, moved away for a little and came back. Also, if you're looking for a church, we go to Destiny at 11am at almost 91st on 145th. Talk to you later, J. Pyle

Oh my gosh. I wish I could help you more, but I don't even really know where "east" Tulsa is--I just moved to South Tulsa, am 37, and moved here from Chicago, and am also a SAHM, so I just had to say hi!! I live near the Target area, if you know where that is. There aren't a lot of playgrounds here with baby swings. The best playground I know of is near Saint Francis Hospital. It's huge, and has TONS of different playgrounds, trees, and streams. Good to talk to you!
